Return Policy

At Sean & Tara Calgary, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that in some cases you may wish to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been successfully delivered to you

  • Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes

  • Items must be:

    • Unused

    • Unwashed

    • Undamaged

    • In original condition, with all tags and packaging intact

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them beyond fitting is not permitted

  • Orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@seanandtaracalgary.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our international supplier

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs or shipping fees

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace), as we cannot process returns without proof of delivery

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been:

  • Received at the designated return address

  • Inspected and approved

We will process your refund within 14 business days via your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider

4. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments without valid tracking information

  • If tracking shows the package as delivered, it will be considered received

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout

  • Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order

5. Important Notes

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

  • By placing an order, you agree to this return policy
